  • All claims for refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Once a claim is filed, instructions will be given on returning the product received.  Once the item is returned and inspected, and no items have been opened or eaten, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued.
  • A refund will not be made if the shipping address given was incomplete or incorrect.
  • If a customer elects overnight shipping, 2nd day, or 3 day delivery (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the package is not delivered on time, The Gift Garden will refund the shipping costs only.  The Gift Garden will not give a shipping refund if the address was incorrect or incomplete or delivery was not successful due to the following:

  1. Recipient not at the specified address
  2. Business closed for the Holiday or Weekend
  3. No one home at the time of delivery
  4. Package delivery was rejected
  5. Wrong address information given
